IMG_0829This is my families absolute favorite pizza! I could make this every night and no one would get tired of it. Have to say that Namaste has it figured out! I use a lot of Namaste food products because there are minimal ingredients. There is no yeast in the pizza crust too, which makes it another reason I love it! My daughter not only has problems with gluten but also yeast! It is hard to find gluten free products (pizza crusts or bread) that don’t contain any yeast in them.

This is easy to put together. 1 1/2 cups pizza crust, 1 tsp oil (I use extra virgin olive oil), and 1 1/4 cup water. Beat with an electric mixer (I use a good fork to mix it all up with). Throw it in the oven. Pull it out and put your favorite topping on.

This particular night we decided to do our favorite pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni’s! Throw it back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes. Chop up some basil. Sprinkle the basil over the top when you pull it out of the oven and Viola… is ready! I always let this cool for 5-10 minutes to let everything set up!

Try this pizza crust mix. Promise you will love it!
