As promised we made another batch of Keto dough, or I believe it is also called fat head dough. This time we did make pretzels out of it and another batch of cinnamon rolls.

Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together, it is very sticky, and doesn’t even begin to resemble what we would typically think dough should look like.
We took it and mixed in all the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Then dumped it out onto a sheet of parchment paper and began kneading it and rolling it out between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Next, we made slices in the dough and began rolling it into a snake like figure. Twisted it like a pretzel and laid those on a baking sheet covered in parchment. Ignore the messy kitchen in the background…
Making pretzels is very technical, not really, just do what you want and shape them they way you think they should look!
This was the end result! They do spread when they cook. I sprinkled some garlic powder on top of a few and that was delicious. Faith sprinkled a little water on one and some salt, she really liked that. You could also melt a little butter and top them with butter when they come out or when you are ready to eat them.
