Pancake Donuts

This is a fun little recipe that you can quickly make up for you and your kids right now. When I first decide to do this I was originally going to use muffin tins and make little pancake balls…..but when I opened the cabinet and saw my donut pans I couldn’t resist.

 

INGREDIENTS:

I used our favorite gluten free pancake mix from Namaste Foods. Added blueberries or chocolate chips to the individual donuts! Really that’s it. I also made some plain ones and added a bit of cinnamon and sugar on top when they came out of the oven.

Spray your donut pan liberally with cooking spray so the donuts will pop out easily after baking.

I baked mine at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Until the edges were brown.

Serve them with a sprinkle of powder sugar. Pour a little bit of syrup in a bowl and dip away or just eat them how you would eat a regular donut. They were good both ways!

Super easy and the kids will really enjoy them!
