Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend

 

Gluten Free High Protein Flour

1 1/2 cups sorghum flour (Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour)

1/2 cup brown rice (Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour)

1/2 cup white rice (Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour)

1 cup tapioca flour (Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour)

1/2 cup arrowroot starch

3 teaspoons xanthin gum

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

*makes about 3 3/4 cups of flour

Mix all ingredients together in a tupperware storage container and shake well to mix them up.

I use this for just about everything that I bake. It works great for chocolate chip cookies and our favorite chocolate cake!
